Baseball essential skills training CAMP INFO
SUMMER BASEBALL STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CAMP (SAC)
Attached below is the registration form for SAC Camp this summer along with the physical form. SAC Camp for baseball will be led by the baseball coaches and will be baseball specific. The expectation is that all returning players participate in order to get ready for the Fall season.
The baseball sessions will run Monday thru Thursday from 9:30am-11:30am. If you are playing football in the Fall, you will participate in a different session. SAC Camp starts June 8th and runs thru July 30th. There will be a 2-week break from June 29th-July 9th.
All players must obtain a NEW physical dated May 19th or later. The school will be having their annual physicals on May 19th and players will be able to take care of them at that time. Cost of these physicals are $20. Pre-screening will start May 4th and will be done during the athletic periods. However, you do not have to have your physical done at the school.
We understand that there will be times when you have to miss workouts due to vacation and travel ball. Coaches will have to miss some as well. We just ask that you let us know in advance when you are going to miss, just as you do during the season. However, the more you miss, the less you will be prepared for the Fall. This is part of the Commitment we ask of you in order to be a part of the baseball program.
This is an easy & affordable alternative to other strength & conditioning programs offered out there. Most today can charge from $200-$500 a month. The $130 for our SAC Camp covers the entire summer. If you have any questions, please speak with Coach Hardin.
For Freshmen to attend the baseball session of SAC, they must make the Summer Freshman team. We only have room in our session for 60 players and we already have 40 returning players in the session. Freshmen will only attend from 10:30-11:30 which will be in the weight room. The 9:30-10:30 session is for upperclassmen only.

Description: This camp is designed for elementary-aged players from grades 2nd thru 6th. Campers will be instructed by Cy-Fair High School Bobcat Baseball Coaches and former Bobcat players. All hitting and defensive skills will be covered in this camp and the campers will finish with a scrimmage on the last day.
What to bring: Campers will need a glove and bat and can wear a t-shirt & shorts or baseball pants. Cleats are suggested but not necessary. Campers should also bring their own water. Please make sure all equipment is marked!

Walk-up registration is allowed on the first day of camp, but spots are limited and you must pay in cash.
