2024 BOBCAT BLAST LETTER
Dear Family, Friends, and Bobcat Fans:
The 2024 baseball & softball seasons are upon us --- and our coaches, players and Bobcat supporters are all very excited about the possibilities for our teams this season. We would like for you to be a part of this program fundraiser as well as the success we are aiming to achieve!
As we have done in the past, the Bobcat Baseball & Softball Programs must raise money to help fund our teams’ tournament fees, various equipment, teaching tools, and supplies to improve our program. Due to the expense of these items and opportunities, we are asking for your support. Each player has been given the task to complete a Sponsor-A-Day Calendar to fill out with donations. Here’s how it works:
Donors will pick a day (or multiple days) on their favorite player’s calendar and donate the amount according to the date. For example, if you choose the 20th, you would donate $20. If you choose the 20th & the 30th, you would add the two together and donate $50. Feel free to donate for multiple days! The goal is for each player to get all of the days on their calendar donated for. Donors can also choose one of the BONUS DAYS to donate as much as you would like! We will also be holding our 4th Annual Bobcat Blast on Saturday, February 10th from 12-4pm at the Cy-Fair High School sportsplex. The Bobcat Blast will consist of an introduction to all Softball & Baseball teams plus a Home Run Derby for these players which will be the main attraction of the day. Other events will include public participation (for a fee) such as a Home Run Derby & Velocity Toss. There will be food served at both concession stands to provide delicious food & snacks as well. Bobcat Blast Donations: As a business owner, we offer these Hit-a-Thon options that provide advertisement for your business at the event.
Home Run Derby General Donor: Donation Amount: $100.00.
With this donation, your business will be announced as a sponsor at the beginning and end of the Hit-a-Thon.
Home Run Derby Home Run Donor: Donation Amount: $200.00.
For each of our players or All-Star Guests who hits a Home Run at the Hit-a-Thon, we will announce one of our Home Run Donors in a rotation. In addition, we will also announce your business as a sponsor at the beginning and end of the event. A maximum of 25 businesses will be placed in the rotation.
Regular Season Sponsorships: Individuals and business owners may also purchase various levels of sponsorships for advertisement at Varsity home games during the 2021 Baseball season.
Season Foul Ball Sponsor: Donation Amount: $250.00
With this donation, your business will be announced as a Foul Ball Sponsor at the beginning of each home game throughout the regular season AND playoffs. Your business name will be put into a rotation of, at most, 25 businesses; and for each foul ball hit out of the park during our Varsity home games, one such Sponsor will be announced, in turn.
Season Home Run Sponsor: Donation Amount: $500.00
With this donation, your business will be announced as a Home Run Sponsor at the beginning of each home game throughout the regular season AND playoffs. Your business name will be put into a rotation of, at most, 15 businesses; and for each home run hit during our Varsity home games, one such Sponsor will be announced, in turn. We will also post your business ad on our team website & Game Day social media posts, as well as have a banner of your ad hung at the baseball field. You will also receive a 2023 Varsity Team picture to hang up in your business.
District Home Game Sponsor: Donation Amount: $1,000.00
With this donation, your business will choose one of our seven district home games (listed in bold on the attached schedule) to sponsor during the regular season. Your business name will be announced during the game and a sign will be posted at the concession stand acknowledging your sponsorship. The donation will also pay for passes for 6 people to sit on our VIP Deck near the dugout as well as hot dogs & drinks. We will also post your business ad on our team website & Game Day social media posts, as well as have a banner of your ad hung at the baseball field. You will also receive a 2023 Varsity Team picture to hang up in your business. Please select preferences for home games and list them below:
Starting Lineup Sponsor: Donation Amount: $100.00 per game
With this donation your business will be announced as a Starting Lineup Sponsor for one home game (per donation) throughout the regular season AND playoffs.
