Cy-Fair Bobcats JV coasted to an easy victory over Cypress Falls 7-1 on Monday.
In the first inning, Cy-Fair got their offense started when Jake Martinez singled on a 2-2 count, scoring two runs. Cy-Fair scored three runs in the second inning. The Bobcats big bats were led by Ethan Clark and Martinez, all driving in runs in the frame. Eric Ellisor earned the win for Cy-Fair. He went three innings, allowing zero runs on one hit, striking out two and walking one. Clark threw four innings in relief out of the bullpen. Cy-Fair Bobcats racked up five hits. Martinez and Clark all managed multiple hits for the Bobcats. Clark and Martinez each collected two hits to lead Cy-Fair. #13 led Cypress Falls with two hits in three at bats.
